I’ve been involved in weddings for 20 years (I’m 35), either as a singer or an organizer. For the past 5 seasons, however, my true passion has been planning weddings and then experiencing the wedding day alongside the newlyweds.
After our initial contact, you’ll book a date, and we can go over some key points of your wedding’s main program—either over the phone or in person. Then, about 2–3 months before the wedding, we’ll go over every part of the wedding day in detail:
coordination of the wedding day’s schedule
bride’s departure
wedding ceremony + congratulations
welcome reception outside the venue where the reception will take place
opening speeches
traditions associated with the soup
the first dance of the newlyweds and the parents (1st dance round)
cutting the cake + group photos
wedding games and activities (including for children)
tossing the bouquet
removing the garter
Wedding song (sung by me, traditional with modern elements)
Coordinating the individual segments and collaborating with other vendors (photographer, videographer, caterer, band/DJ)
Assisting and guiding the newlyweds and guests
conducting a symbolic ceremony (also in English)
ensuring a smooth, stress-free flow of the event
Each item listed above may or may not be included in your wedding day. Of course, anything can be added by mutual agreement. I always take your ideas into account during the planning process, adapt flexibly to your feelings, and on the wedding day, I always act according to your wishes and my experience. During the planning process, you’ll decide what you definitely want to include and what you’d prefer to avoid. I strive to gather as much information from you as possible before the wedding so that on your Big Day, you can focus solely on yourselves and your guests and let yourselves be swept away by the wedding vibe and atmosphere.
