Coffee Catering for Any Event
Have you ever been at a wedding and craved a delicious cappuccino, only to have the waitstaff bring you instant coffee with no other options? Or maybe you’re craving coffee as soon as you arrive at the wedding venue, but you don’t get it until after an interminably long wait for the main course? Just choose our Mobile Coffee Bar, and your guests won’t have to go through that. Our priority is to create a pleasant atmosphere and, above all, to offer an unlimited supply of basic coffee drinks to your guests. For every event, we’ll bring a coffee bar, professional equipment, disposable paper cups (we can also serve coffee in mugs upon request), whole milk and oat milk, and sugar. We have pre-designed packages for celebrations and weddings from which you can choose, but you can also customize a completely individualized service to suit your needs. Our standard coffee menu includes: ristretto, espresso, espresso macchiato, espresso lungo, espresso doppio, flat white, cappuccino, and latte macchiato Our extended menu includes: Iced Latte, signature Espresso Tonic, syrups of your choice, babyccino, decaf coffee, tea, and hot chocolate Our goal is to meet the specific requirements of your event as closely as possible, which is why we can customize our bar to match the style of your wedding, event, or other needs. We can also provide personalized paper cups for an even more cohesive design. We’d also like to highlight our product that makes a great gift for guests: mini coffee packs, which you can also personalize and add a sticker to. Together, we’ll create a small and delicious memento of your event for your guests. If you want to leave your guests with a great impression—not just from the refreshments you’ve chosen—our coffee catering will provide exactly the right touch to energize your guests and enhance their dining experience.
Mini Coffee Packages
Treat your guests to a little extra energy after your event. Together, we’ll create a stylish, small, and tasty gift. Looking for a gift for your guests? We offer mini coffee packs that are perfect for any event—whether it’s a wedding, celebration, corporate thank-you gifts, or gifts for vendors. Our mini coffee packages can be customized with your own sticker, or we can prepare them without a sticker if you prefer. In addition to our coffee catering, we also offer personalized gifts in the form of mini packages of whole-bean coffee—perfect not only for guests at weddings and celebrations but also as corporate gifts orgifts for business partners and customers, or as a token of appreciation for cooperation throughout the year. The mini package can be purchased without a sticker as plain white (if you’re interested in a different package color, we can check the available color options upon request) or with a personalized sticker of your choice. We offer the option to submit your own design, which we’ll use for the stickers, or we can create a personalized sticker design for you as agreed. Since the sticker must be applied to an empty package to prevent the packaging from deforming after filling, we handle the sticker application ourselves. You can order any quantity, and delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks from the time the order is placed and the details are finalized. The package is small and therefore ideal for weddings. It contains approximately 26g of whole-bean coffee from an Italian roaster. We ship gifts by mail throughout Slovakia and the Czech Republic, or we can arrange for in-person pickup if desired.
